PERU-- Lima

July 11, we fly into Lima, Peru

 

checked into this lovely Villa



and Lindy spend the rest of the day in bed



and Dave spend the rest of the day on the bed
(We were both sick) 




Mayrene and Rob were ready to go
and they did !!!

They went on a walking tour to Lima Town Square

Our accommodations in Lima were exceptional
Our breakfast was cooked to order, we could have
anything we wanted and as much of it as we desired.
Rob wanted to take the cook home with him.

 

After breakfast, we headed out walking towards the beach



It was a steep drop off to the South Pacific Ocean

making it a perfect place for hang gliding



We wanted to try this ourselves, but found out it is very
dangerous gliding over these ocean cliffs



This park covered the entire length of the beach



When we were at the far end of the park



Mayrene had to escort me on a run to the nearest
"facility for relief"

 

We made it.....If you want to know more just ask Lindy
about this embarrassing situation.



The rest of  our day was enjoyed much more after the
above stop.....
