Fun Pictures from Martin's Cove Mission

Lovin' the Mission

I'd Agree with that!

One of the few original handcarts left
that is not in a museum

Always a rock to climb

The beauty of sagebrush
does grow you

We had lots of friends to explore with

We women were always watching
after our fellows

a long, steep and hard hike

Setting atop Devil's Gate

You don't have to get up very high
in Wyoming to be standing
on top of it's world...

Wyoming Skies and Snakes

Martin's Cove is located in the middle of No Where and to say it's sagebrush, constant wind, scalding hot summers and extreme cold winters is appealing, would be a exaggeration.  But you can say with NO doubt their skies are beyond beautiful and hard for the camera to capture, but here are some tries.

Don't know where Rob developed
his fascination with snakes
but in his hand is a rattlesnake
(it's petrified)

This one is real, but not poisonous

You don't have to look very hard for snakes
They are everywhere

And Yes the broom is attached to Rob
as he is playing with this rattlesnake
and the SNAKE is MAD
Where else can you go that you see a sign
